      diniscorreia heyjovo 😅 Guilty. The best way I can put it is: biases are easily dismissed by an eye-rolling insider as “they just don’t get it”, while criticism should cause even an insider to pause. It’s sorely lacking and this article has more of the latter. To outsiders, they’re the same, maybe?

    diniscorreia heyjovo (And even this wording insider/outsider makes me uncomfortable as the space promised inclusivity and not exclusion. But that’s a story for another day. 😅)
