      gilfabrantes antoniopratas f The company doesn't just "decide". It makes an offer based on the job market (with varying granularity. Continent, country, city?). But instead of being one flat rate for the entire world, it adjusts to what's competitive. If it's not competitive, nobody accepts the offer.

    gilfabrantes antoniopratas f I think you're missing the point or I'm not explaining well (the latter being more likely! 😅) The point is providing a fair reward and very comfortable quality of life, regardless of where you are in the world in a way that both professionals and companies can thrive, together.
