gilfabrantes antoniopratas f The company doesn't just "decide". It makes an offer based on the job market (with varying granularity. Continent, country, city?). But instead of being one flat rate for the entire world, it adjusts to what's competitive. If it's not competitive, nobody accepts the offer.Permalink On twitter.com
