burgessdryan domenicosolazzo Exactly. By default, I have 1hr a week for each of my direct reports. Sometimes we cut it short, sometimes we go over. Allow some personal tweaking, but honestly it's also about what you cover in 1:1s. If they don't see it as useful, they'll want to skip it.Permalink On twitter.com

It leads to us covering in 1:1s: - Deliverables status/help - Career coaching - Strategic directions of the team - Roadmap & also: - Sleeping habits - Mental health - Personal stuff etc. 😅On twitter.com
